Description

Masked World is an experimental 2.5D platformer in which you control a ball with the unique ability to switch the scene’s masks, causing platforms and paths to appear or disappear. By altering the visual layers of the environment, the player directly changes the structure of the level.

Each level blends platforming and light puzzle-solving, requiring good timing, observation, and an understanding of how the world transforms. The visual masks are not just cosmetic — they are a core gameplay mechanic that shapes navigation and progression.

Context

This project was created as part of a game jam, developed in just 2 days by a single developer, with the goal of exploring an original mechanic and delivering a short but creative experience.
